Today, we went to Freditco. Freditco is the company that creates the Yakult probiotic drinks. Their facilities were so cute! They had a cool smart delivery system that refrigerated their drinks. Additionally, they walked us through their sterilization process that their employees utilize before entering the factory.

They had really cool animations and videos that explained their business model. At the end of the tour, they gave us free drinks and a tote bag full of merch! I really enjoyed looking around Freditco. They had really advanced machinery, and they produced millions of product everyday!

Afterwards, we toured Samsung’s technology museum. During this tour, we walked through the development of technology, electricity, and communication systems in history. They had models of some of the first Samsung phones, it spoke a lot to how much technology has developed. They showed us some new products Samsung has recently launched, such as tv that appears as a painting frame. Additionally, they had a tv that could rotate and be controlled through your phone!

Afterwards, we went on a scavenger hunt to Lotte Tower. We went to Gangnam and saw the “Gangnam style” hands statue from Psy’s popular song. They played the song at the statue. After we completed the scavenger hunt, we walked around the mall. There was a pokemon exhibit outside which was cool to check out! They had massive figures of popular pokemon. The mall was quite large! I almost got lost inside of it twice. I ate at an Indian restaurant inside the mall, which was refreshing considering I have only eaten Indian food the past week and a half I have been here. I also checked out a popular sunglasses store called Gentle Monster. The sunglasses were displayed like they were part of an art exhibit. I did not end up buying anything, but I am glad I had the opportunity to check out this world renowned brand.

Overall, this day was very fun, and I am excited for the next few days.
