Today we got ready to explore London. I cannot believe that today is the last day. We have all gotten so close and have had such a fun time together. Big Ben was unreal and I cannot believe I got to see it with my own eyes!

We first met downstairs to get breakfast. We all switched up plans and decided to all head to the same museum. We all left the hotel at 9:20 and we were on our way to explore and learn. We walked to the train station to head to the museum. The train is fun to ride, although sometimes some of us have to stand up. We got better at following which stop we had to get off at. The first time we rode the train, we got off at the wrong stop. Thankfully, we did get better and were able to follow the directions better. We got off the train and headed up the stairs towards the city. As soon as we got up and turned, Big Ben was right in front of our eyes! It was so unexpected to turn and see it right away! It was beautiful! We all gasped and pulled out our phones to take pictures and selfies. After we took plenty of pictures at all different angles we headed toward the museum. It was a nursing museum, and only a select few could go in, therefore us three education students did not go in. Instead, we walked around and got tons of pictures. We explored around and bought some fun souvenirs. There was some good deals that we could not pass up so we decided to buy even more souvenirs!

After the nursing students finished at the museum, we decided we were all hungry. We searched for places to eat on our phone and found a place called Pizza Express. We were craving pizza, therefore the people that wanted it were able to get some amazing pizza! After lunch, we all met up again to walk around together. We caught a few trains and got situated before Mama Mia. This was the first time walking around a train station I was not familiar with but was able to figure it out as a group. It was great to feel independent and make it to the right spot. Some of us then Ubered back to the hotel to change for the musical. Once we were all changed we headed to our reservation at another pizza shop across the street from the Novello. I did not eat pizza again, I got a salad and it was very filling and refreshing. After that we walked across the street to get in line for Mama Mia. After patiently waiting we got to our seats and got all situated. The show was absolutely amazing and I am so happy that was the musical that we went to. It was the best way to spend the last night of our trip together!

I cannot believe the trip is officially over. I met the most amazing, caring people on this trip. I wish we all went to the same campus so we could all hang out. We are going to plan a reunion and all hang out soon! I would not have wanted my first study abroad program to be anywhere else. I am so glad the people that I was surrounded with filled the trip with positivity! Bye England!
