Augsburg Day 9 – Audi and Friends

Today we got to tour the Audi museum and the factory as well. This was by far my favorite factory tour and your guide. The groups we walked in were smaller than what we were used to so far which made it more engaging and personal. Seeing the actual production line of cars being made was fascinating and provided insight into the other companies’ purpose behind their production of parts. The employees were very knowledgeable and helpful answering the questions I had about production.

The museum was very aesthetically pleasing and set up in a very pretty way. We stopped at the gift shop and Katie and I bought matching Audi T shirts as well as postcards/gifts for friends and family. After the visit we headed back to Augsburg’s campus with the German students to listen to a presentation over zoom.

After our day at Audi Julie Kalynn Piper and I decided to get dinner together around campus. Us along with the rest of the girls got together at night and strolled around campus. We made plans for getting together when we get back to the states and talked about how the trip has bonded us in such a short period of time.
