Taekwondo in Seoul

Woke up ready to do some Taekwondo! I had breakfast at the hotel and tried the Pho Bar here for the first time (It was very good). We then departed as a group to go to our Taekwondo class. I have never done any form of karate before, so it was a bit foreign to me, but I still had a lot of fun. When we got there they gave us outfits to change into which made the experience funny and enjoyable. We grabbed a seat and got paired with a partner. The Taekwondo master told us how to do some simple skills that enhanced our balance and hand eye coordination. I was laughing quite a lot as the experience was very funny, especially as many of us had no clue what we were doing. The class started to wrap up and we thanked our master and changed back into our clothes. From there, we took a ride to the City Hall area. We first stopped for lunch though as a group, which was Korean pork barbeque. It was fun to cook it ourselves and it tasted delicious. After eating, we proceeded to City Hall which was a super futuristic looking building. The main building was constructed in the 2000s and it is made out of mostly glass. There is a lot of live greenery inside which makes it even cooler. We had a tour guide show us around- he was quite funny. After the tour we checked out the surrounding areas where there was actually a Health convention going on. There were many booths and vendors set up giving away free stuff. We walked around a bit to see what they had to offer. After that, we went as a group back to Myeongdong, where we had some free time before dinner. I went with a group of people to a cat cafe which was very unique! We then had a traditional Korean bulgogi for dinner which we all enjoyed. After dinner I went to get a massage with a few people, and it was very relaxing. After being relaxed, we walked and shopped around the area a bit more before heading back to the hotel for the night. This day was exciting and relaxing!
