Hi everyone! I’m Everett Janz. Although I was born in Houston, Texas, I’ve called Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania home my entire life. I’m currently studying at the University of Pittsburgh’s Business School, majoring in Finance and Accounting with a minor in Economics. After graduation, I believe to pursue a career in financial advising. In my free time, I enjoy playing golf, watching football, and spending time with friends. I currently work as a server at Over the Bar Bicycle Cafe and plan to return to work after my trip to Vietnam.

I’m incredibly excited for this study abroad trip, as it will be my first time leaving the country, making it truly life changing. I’ve only been exposed to one culture throughout my life, so I’m eager to explore and learn about new ways of living. I believe this experience will significantly enhance my social skills and provide valuable insights into global business, helping me shape my future career path. My main goal is to deepen my understanding of the business landscape while fully immersing myself in Vietnam’s rich culture and trying everything it has to offer. I can’t wait to get started!
