Hello! My name is Dylan Mobus, and I am from Everett, Pennsylvania. I am a freshman Finance and Accounting major here at the University of Pittsburgh School of Business. I am also in the Frederick Honors College and work part-time there as an office assistant. I am a member of the professional business fraternity Alpha Kappa Psi. During the summer I am employed by the PA Turnpike.

Outside of the classroom, I love to watch sports leagues such as the NFL, MLB, and NHL. I also enjoy spending time with friends and family as well as researching and investing in the financial markets.

I am very excited for the opportunity to go to Ecuador. Traveling outside of the US will be a new experience for me. I chose Ecuador because it is a global leader in both cacao and rose production, which gives me a chance to study how these products move from local farms to international markets. I am also interested in the logistics behind exporting these goods. The Plus3 program will allow me the opportunity to experience a new culture and see how global business is shaped by local practices.
