Today’s visit to the UNIC Athens campus and Elinikon was incredible, and seeing all the technological and urban development will definitely be sticking with me. The UNIC CEO had a very interesting perspective on integrating AI with healthcare solutions to increase the human lifespan. Their work on being able to find out what specific chemicals make up the foods we eat seems like a direction that many people may be interested in to optimize their health. After this visit, we headed to the Elinikon development. The renders of the finished development they showed us were impressive. It was cool to consider that we were walking in the same place that will soon become one of the largest urban regeneration products in Europe, as you can still recognize areas of the old Elinikon International Airport.
