So far, the most interesting sight visit for me has been the venomics lecture from the university on Friday. As someone who has a lot of interest in chemistry and it’s different applications, I really liked hearing about the different reactions and sources for finding new chemicals and it was cool connecting some of the points to topics I learned in organic chemistry the past semester and it also gave me insight into biochemistry, which is course I need to take in the future. I also liked the aspect of the lecture that it was at the UNIC Athens campus and it felt like an actual study abroad, and it was a cool difference from doing company visits. 

Another really fun outing we did today was visiting Sounion and the temple of Poseidon, which was also a really cool sight to visit, and that is what the cover photo is!
