We started our day on the bus heading to San Sebastián, a coastal city on the Bay of Biscay. First, we went to the top of a mountain, which had beautiful views. There were a couple of rides at the top and a few cute shops, so we wandered around for a bit and took pictures. Then we got back on the bus and drove down into the town. We had a short walking tour and got to see all kinds of shops and buildings. We also went into a church, which was very beautiful.

After the tour, we had some free time, so we went to get pintxos and cheesecake for lunch. We tried mango, strawberry, and Oreo, and they all tasted amazing. We did a little souvenir shopping before heading back to meet up with the rest of the group.

After leaving, we headed to Zumaia. It was a small beach with giant rock formations and caves. We were able to go down onto the beach and explore for a bit, although the water was absolutely freezing. It felt like such a relaxing way to end our first week here in Bilbao. To end the night, we got gelato and had a really good dinner at De Boca Madre. We all hung out together as a group, and it was so much fun. I’m really excited for the second half of this trip!
