My experiences at Dos Pinos and Kyndryl were both very insightful and beneficial today.  They both took thoughtful approaches in their strategies whether it was effectively producing milk or improving IT stuff.  Kyndryl is an international powerhouse, they have locations all over the world and help big companies manage the many risks out there.  Dos Pinos is more local to Costa Rica, and their efforts help bring in lots of revenue for Costa Rica.

            In my opinion, Dos Pinos is more valuable to Costa Rica.  Kyndryl has lots of benefits to Costa Rica but most of their benefits are international.  Dos Pinos is one of the largest dairy producers in Costa Rica.  Dos Pinos is a cooperative between the factory and the farmers; this means there is more incentive to do better and look out for each other’s best interest.  Additionally, Dos Pinos brings in a large amount of revenue by the minute for Costa Rica.  The people that benefit from this the most are the shareholders.  The passion and effort put into the production at Dos Pinos ensures the quality is good.  The shareholders benefit from the profits because of this.  But in general, the people of Costa Rica benefit from Dos Pinos because it is specific to Costa Rica and brings in plenty of revenue.
