Beginning day 3, we set out to visit a rose greenhouse. We learned about care for roses, customer demand, and the different types of roses. We were also gifted beautiful roses. On day 2 we had our chocolate tastings. We first went to Yumbos in Quito. We tried various chocolates. There were tangerines, ginger, coffee, and various other flavors.
