I woke up at 9 am this morning with a rush of excitement. I had already packed my suitcases 3 times. The first two times were before my end of semester moveout , and the last time was at 1 am last night. Tomorrow will be the first time I ever visit Asia, the first time I have over a 10 hour time difference with my family and friends, and most importantly, it would be the first step towards building a professional brand identity for myself. Attending the predeparture conference today made me realize that the plus 3 experience is definitely more than just a fun trip I will be taking with a few classmates, but it is a once in a lifetime experience which would distinguish me from my engineering peers, in terms of multicultural experiences, adaptability, and even much more. Additionally, we reminded that as we embark on this trip, we are expected to adhere to all university policies, because we not only represent ourselves, but our families, and the university of Pittsburgh as a whole.

I am definitely very excited to be going on this trip and intend on making the most out this experience, from trying different foods to inquiring more information during company visit. See you soon Seoul!!
