Day 6: Yonsei

Visiting Yonsei University was really cool, even though the rain never stopped. We had to skip most of the campus tour, which was a bit of a bummer, but I saw enough to know it was a great and beautiful university. We had lunch in the cafeteria which was crowded. I got fried shrimp on omelet rice and it was really good, and we even grabbed a little sweet treat afterward, which made everything feel a bit cozier.

What really made the visit special, though, was getting to talk with the students. The undergrads were super friendly and open about their experiences. Later on, we met some grad students who showed us around one of their labs. Hearing them talk about their research with so much passion was honestly inspiring. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate, the people and conversations made the whole day feel really meaningful.
