Today we got to start off our day a little later than usual! It was nice to sleep in and catch up on sleep. We then broke up into groups and and began our activities for the day! My group started off with the cooking class. We got to make pinxtos, a Spanish tortilla, and dessert. It was cool to learn how these things are actually made since we’ve been eating them all week. We then got to try everything we made and were off to our next activity!

Our next activity was walking around Bilbao and exploring the Ribera Market. While I was so full from all the food we ate at our cooking class, I definitely saw so many things I’d want to eat. After the market we all met back up with each other and headed to the incline. The view was so beautiful!! The city skyline with the mountains in the back was a perfect sight to see! It was a very fun day learning more about Bilbao and the culture.
