When looking back on all the outings and adventures we had in Greece, I do so with a certain fondness. Seeing the Acropolis has always been a dream of mine ever since I was a little kid and first saw it featured on a TV show. I always knew I wanted to visit, so finally seeing it in person, along with all the architecture and history behind it, filled me with a sense of joy.

          I have also always had an interest in the art of statues, so seeing so many, each with such a rich history, allowed me to connect with and engage more deeply in the museums. This experience will be relevant to my future because, as I move forward, I will now have a new appreciation and personal connection whenever I see these monuments and sculptures on TV or out in the world, especially when hearing about the same history and information I learned about during my visit.
