Today was spectacular as usual. We visited the Temple of Poseidon which offered beautiful history and views like many other of the sites we have visited thus far. Afterwards we spent plenty of time on the beach where I got sunburned beyong belief. We are almost a week into the trip and I have been reflecting on all of our experiences we have had. Despite everything being phenomenal, one stands out above all. For me, this is the Acropolis. The mix of incredible views and history in such a remarkable spot is something I will never forget. Along with visiting the Acropolis museum, this day was truly a once in a lifetime experience. I also find all of the ancient greek sculptures very fascinating so this was extra special for me. So far so good and I cant wait for tomorrow.
